Tawtheeq is the official housing contract registration system in Abu Dhabi. You need it for utilities connection, visa applications, family sponsorship, and school enrollment. All tenancy contracts must be registered within 30 days of signing.

To sponsor family members, you need: minimum salary of AED 4,000 (or AED 3,000 + accommodation), valid Emirates ID, employment contract, salary certificate, attested marriage certificate for spouse, and birth certificates for children. Health insurance is mandatory for all sponsored dependents.
