User Responsibilities

Refund Policy

• Refunds are available if we cannot provide the requested service due to our error
• Government fees paid to authorities are non-refundable
• Refund requests must be made within 30 days of service completion
• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval

Late Payment

Late payment charges may apply for overdue accounts in accordance with UAE commercial law.

Liability and Disclaimers

• We act as intermediaries between clients and government authorities
• Final approval of applications rests with relevant government authorities
• We cannot guarantee approval of any government application
• We are not responsible for changes in government policies or requirements

Limitation of Liability
